The workflow

Three steps from slab to sold

No templates to fill out. No copy-pasting cert numbers. SlabDesk handles the entire listing workflow automatically.

1

Drop slab photos

Drag front and back images of your graded cards into the inbox/ folder. iPhone HEIC photos work natively. SlabDesk detects new files automatically every 30 seconds.

2

AI extracts & prices

Claude Vision reads player name, year, set, parallel, grade, and cert number from the slab label. eBay sold comps from the last 90 days are pulled and analyzed to set the right listing price — no guessing.

3

Auto-lists on eBay

A complete listing — title, description, category, shipping, price, and photos — is generated and posted to your eBay store with one click. Review before it goes live, or enable fully-automatic mode.

Everything you need

Built for serious resellers

Not a generic inventory spreadsheet. SlabDesk is purpose-built for graded card resellers — every feature exists to get cards listed faster and priced smarter.

AI Card Recognition

Claude Vision + Tesseract OCR extracts every field from slab labels: player name, year, brand, set, parallel, serial number, rookie status, grading company, grade, and cert number. Confidence-scored so uncertain fields are flagged — not silently wrong.

Live PSA Market Data

Pulls the last 90 days of eBay sold comps per card, computing median, average, high, low, and a recommended list price. Surfaces "hot" flags when sales are trending up and thin-market warnings when comps are sparse.

eBay Automation

Browser automation fills the eBay Seller Hub form, uploads your photos, and posts the listing — no eBay Trading API keys required. One-click listing from the Review Queue, or enable auto-submit for fully hands-off posting.

Collection Tracking

Every card processed flows into a live inventory and P&L dashboard. Track purchase cost, listing price, sale price, fees, and net profit per card. Export a full CSV at any time for your own records.

PWCC & MySlabs Export

One-click CSV exports formatted for PWCC's bulk-upload portal and MySlabs. Automatically populates cert number, grader, grade, player, year, set, and recommended asking price from your existing comp research.

Profit Analytics

Monthly revenue and profit charts, average ROI across your sold inventory, average days-to-sell, grade distribution, and a top-ROI leaderboard. Know exactly which card types are worth your time.

Pricing

Simple, honest pricing

No per-listing fees. No eBay percentage cuts. A flat monthly cost that pays for itself with the first batch you process.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. SlabDesk reads the slab label, not a database — so it works with any graded card in any sport. Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, UFC, golf, and more. It also works with non-sports cards. The AI is trained to extract the relevant fields from the physical label, so obscure players and sets work just as well as mainstream ones.
No. SlabDesk uses browser automation (Playwright) to post listings directly through the eBay Seller Hub — the same interface you'd use manually. You log into eBay once and SlabDesk handles the rest. If you want to enable advanced Trading API features (like bulk listing via the API), you can optionally add eBay API credentials, but it's not required to get started.
PSA, BGS (Beckett), SGC, CGC, CSG, HGA, and most other major graders. The AI reads the grading company name directly from the slab label, so support isn't limited to a hard-coded list. PSA has the deepest integration — SlabDesk can also pull PSA pop data and the official PSA estimated value for PSA-certified cards.
SlabDesk runs entirely on your local machine — your card data, photos, and collection records never leave your computer. The only external calls are to the Anthropic API for vision processing (your card images) and the eBay API for comp research. No SlabDesk server ever sees your inventory or credentials. Your settings and license key are stored locally in the config/ folder.
In testing, SlabDesk achieves above 98% accuracy on well-lit slab photos with a clean label. Every extracted field is given a confidence score (0–100%), and any card scoring below your configured threshold (default: 80%) is automatically flagged for your review — so the software never silently gets something wrong. You'll always have a chance to correct it before it goes live on eBay.
Your data and collection history are yours regardless — nothing is deleted. After the trial, the pipeline pauses until you activate a license key in Settings. Existing cards you've already processed remain visible and trackable in the collection. You can export your full collection CSV at any time, even without an active license.
Currently, SlabDesk is a Windows-native application. The pipeline and UI run on Python + React, and the browser automation is configured for Windows Chrome. Mac support is on the roadmap. If you're on a Mac, reach out — there's a community workaround using a Windows VM that several resellers are successfully running.
SlabDesk opens a headless (invisible) Chrome browser, signs into eBay using your saved session, navigates to the listing form, and fills in every field — title, description, category, price, shipping, return policy, and photos. With auto_submit: false (the default), it pauses before hitting "List it" and shows you a preview in the Review Queue so you can check or edit anything. With auto_submit: true, it posts immediately — useful when you trust the AI on bulk lots.
